Our recipes have traveled from the high Himalayan valleys of Nepal and the bustling dhabas of North India — passed down through generations, refined with love, and now served to you in Granite Bay.
Every momo is hand-folded daily. Every masala starts with whole spices toasted fresh each morning. We don't take shortcuts with tradition.

The momos here are the best I've had outside of Kathmandu. Thin wrappers, juicy filling, and that chutney — I drive 40 minutes for this.
